Pi Protocol Weekly Updates is a complete weekly update on what we, the Pi Protocol team, have been working on for the last 1 week.

For our eighth edition, this was what happened last week.

Developments

Website New UI

Pi Protocol’s official website was updated with a new, improved, and fresh User Interface (UI). For more details, click here.

NFT Staking

The Miami NFT and Pi Child NFT were given their own staking pools with some juicy APR %. In order to participate in these staking pools, get the Miami NFT and Pi Child NFT here.

These two NFTS will also have additional utilities within the Pi Protocol’s upcoming Metaverse.

NFT Aggregator Vaults Updates

To stake in an NFT Aggregator Vault, you will need to have a sCircle in your wallet during the time of staking.

We have increased the assigned value for MAGIC NFT from 60 PIP tokens to 200 PIP tokens.

We have added another 20 slots to MAGIC NFT Aggregator Vault. The current total slots are 50.

We have added 20 more slots to the Treasure Hunt NFT Aggregator Vault. The current total slots are 70.

Events

Weekend Challenge

Two weeks ago, we gave a Weekend Challenge to the Pi Protocol community to get the Gold NFTs sold out in 48 hours, and they completed the challenge successfully.

As a result, every Gold NFT holder will receive a bCircle as their reward.

Artist Partnership

We are pleased to announce Diamond Hand Dragon as our newest artist partner. Check out the Diamond Hand Dragon NFT collection on Pi Protocol’s Open Marketplace here.

Silver NFT Challenge

We also gave the Pi Protocol community a new challenge to get the Silver NFTs sold out by May 30th. The reward is double rewards for bCircles stakers for the entire month of June.

Planet Beast Vault

If you own a Planet Beast NFT, you can now stake that NFT in the Planet Beast NFT Aggregator Vault to earn staking rewards. There will be 30 slots available on a first-come-first-served basis.

Treasure Hunt

Pi Protocol team conducted a treasure hunt on Pi Protocol’s Discord server, and the solution was:

Weekend Mystery Box Auction

After the success of the previous auction, Pi Protocol hosted another auction on Saturday, May 28th at 12 PM EST or 4 PM UTC.

The opening bid was 1.5 BNB with 24 hours bidding deadline. Eventually, one lucky winner with the winning bid of 3 BNB won the mystery box with the following prizes:

• 1 Presale Ticket NFT
• 1 bCircle
• 2 sCircles
