Pi Protocol Weekly Updates — Week 3

Hi, Distinguished Community Members of the Pi Protocol,
Welcome back to yet another post of Pi Protocol Weekly Updates!
Pi Protocol Weekly Updates is a complete weekly update on what we, the Pi Protocol team, have been working on, for the last 1 week.
If you have missed the previous week’s update, click here or get a list of Pi Protocol Weekly Updates' previous posts here.
For our third post, this was what happened last week.
Development
NFT Aggregator Vaults
The development team had a sudden surprise when Pancakeswap Farms decided to migrate to V2 staking contracts.
As a result, the team thought that we will also have to do major changes on our end to migrate to a new NFT Aggregator Vaults V2 because the workflow of NFT Aggregator Vaults on Pi Protocol is directly related to Pancakeswap Farms.
In the first announcement, the users were asked to unstake their NFTs from the NFT Aggregator Vaults within 7 days and the time lock will be removed for those users that were still undergoing the time lock duration.
Later on, the development team found out that they were able to upgrade the NFT Aggregator Vaults staking contract to V2 without having to migrate to a new V2 contract.
As a result of this groundbreaking achievement, we have posted a second announcement stating that the users do not have to unstake their NFTs from the NFT Aggregator Vaults anymore.
BitCircle NFT Aggregator Vault
BitCircle NFT Aggregator Vault has been removed and will not be released again. We already have something else in mind on what to do for BitCircle holders and that will be announced in the future.
Gitbook

We have also released our official Gitbook where users can learn almost everything on the Pi Protocol ecosystem. It is highly recommended for new and existing users to read this comprehensive resource. You can find the Gitbook here.
That’s all for this week’s Pi Protocol Weekly Updates.
See you next week!
